We chose a private transfer to Kutaisi because we wanted a direct ride without uncertainty. What worked especially well was that the vehicle felt appropriate for the route and for our bags. The service felt thought through rather than assembled at the last minute, which is exactly what we were hoping for.
Some transfers feel generic no matter where they go. This one did not. The Tbilisi -> Kutaisi ride felt like it had been thought through specifically as a long intercity service. The car fit the distance well, the communication before departure was useful, and the route handling stayed stable for hours.
