Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 March 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Wanderin, including route pages, booking requests, communication and transport coordination handled through the platform.

1. Nature of the service

Wanderin provides private transfer booking, quoting, travel coordination and related support in Georgia. Wanderin may operate bookings directly or through approved drivers, operators, vehicle partners or other service providers.

2. Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a booking form, quote request or message does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A trip becomes confirmed only after Wanderin reviews the request and confirms the operational details, service availability and any necessary pricing or payment terms.

3. Pricing and validity

Displayed prices, class starting prices and quote outputs are intended to help the traveler understand likely cost, but final pricing may depend on timing, luggage, route complexity, special requests, peak dates, round trips, stopovers, premium vehicle allocation or other operational factors. Quotes may expire if not confirmed promptly.

4. Vehicle class and substitution

Wanderin aims to provide the confirmed class or a substantially equivalent or upgraded alternative when operational changes make the originally planned vehicle unavailable. Specific vehicle make or model may vary as long as the confirmed service level, class fit and practical booking promise are maintained.

5. Traveler responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, passenger and luggage details
  • Provide correct contact information and remain reachable before the trip when clarification is needed
  • Inform Wanderin about changes as early as possible
  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully

6. Payment and deposits

Unless otherwise stated, Wanderin may allow payment in cash to the driver or by confirmed bank transfer. Some routes or booking types may require a deposit, advance payment or special payment terms before confirmation, including premium vehicles, urgent requests, partner bookings, multi-stop travel, peak dates or complex allocations.

7. Cancellation, changes and no-show

Cancellation and change handling is governed by the separate Cancellation Policy published on the site and by any booking-specific terms confirmed before travel. No-shows, last-minute changes and late cancellations may be chargeable depending on timing, route complexity and vehicle allocation.

8. Driver, route and operational changes

Wanderin may change the assigned driver, vehicle, route handling sequence or pickup coordination when reasonably necessary to maintain the confirmed service. Travelers will be informed where such changes materially affect the trip.

9. Conduct and refusal of service

Wanderin may refuse, suspend or terminate service where there is abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, false booking information, serious payment risk or any situation that reasonably threatens service quality, safety or platform integrity.

10. Liability and force majeure

Travel timing, weather, traffic, road restrictions, strikes, border events, flight changes, force majeure events and other external conditions may affect the service. Wanderin is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability, where allowed by law, is limited to the value of the affected service except in cases where such limitation is not permitted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
