These Driver Rules apply to drivers, vehicle owners and transport partners working through Wanderin. They are intended to protect travelers, route quality, operational clarity and brand trust.
1. Verification and documents
Drivers must provide accurate identity, licensing, vehicle and contact information and keep all required documents current. Missing, expired or inconsistent records may result in suspension or removal from assignment.
2. Availability and communication
Drivers must stay reachable around assigned work, respond to time-sensitive operational messages promptly and report delays, incidents, vehicle issues or route restrictions as early as possible.
3. Service standard
- Arrive on time and prepared for the confirmed pickup
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe and consistent with the confirmed class
- Handle travelers respectfully and communicate professionally
- Follow the confirmed route notes, luggage fit and special instructions
4. Pricing discipline
Drivers may not improvise off-platform pricing, pressure travelers into direct cash deals outside the agreed booking process, or change the commercial understanding of a confirmed booking without approval.
5. Vehicle substitution and changes
Vehicle swaps, class downgrades, driver handovers or route deviations require approval unless urgent safety or operational conditions make immediate action necessary. Any material change must be reported.
6. Safety and conduct
Unsafe driving, intoxication, abusive conduct, repeated lateness, poor hygiene, serious communication failures, document expiry or repeated traveler complaints may lead to suspension or termination from the platform.
7. Privacy and confidentiality
Traveler phone numbers, hotel details, flight details and booking notes may be used only for the confirmed service. Drivers may not misuse, retain or repurpose traveler data outside the booking they are assigned to handle.
8. Incident reporting
No-shows, delays, vehicle issues, passenger incidents, route restrictions, disputes or unexpected service changes must be reported to Wanderin promptly and accurately.
9. Assignment eligibility
Drivers are expected to respect route eligibility settings such as airport handoff, mountain travel, winter routes, long-distance work, blackout dates, blocked regions and class-specific service standards.
