Cancellation Policy

We ask customers to cancel as early as possible so route planning and vehicle allocation can be handled properly.
Before confirmation
If a request has not yet been confirmed, it can usually be withdrawn without issue.
After confirmation
Once the trip is confirmed, late cancellation may affect vehicle planning, driver scheduling and pricing. Specific cancellation handling may depend on timing and trip complexity.
Changes
Date, time or route changes should be requested as early as possible. We will confirm whether the updated trip can be handled.
No-show
If the passenger is unreachable or does not appear at the confirmed pickup point, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
