How do I book a transfer with Wanderin?

Is my booking confirmed instantly?

No. A booking is confirmed only after review. That keeps the right class, timing and service details aligned before the trip is locked.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

Yes, subject to availability. For urgent requests, WhatsApp is usually the fastest path.

What if my exact route is not listed yet?

Send the exact pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger count and luggage. Even when a route is not published yet, Wanderin can still prepare a clean private quote.

Pricing & payment

Do you show public prices?

Yes. Top routes show starting prices for the most common class fit. The final price is confirmed before payment.

When is the final price confirmed?

Before payment. Once the route, timing, luggage fit and any extras are clear, the final price is confirmed cleanly.

How do travelers pay?

In most cases, payment is made to the driver on completion. When needed, another agreed payment method can be arranged in advance.

Do you always require a deposit?

No. Some urgent, premium or unusual bookings may require advance confirmation or a deposit, but this is not the default.

How do I choose the right vehicle class?

The class should match passenger count, luggage and the road ahead. That is why Wanderin shows classes first, then booking.

Am I choosing a class or an exact vehicle?

Wanderin works with real vehicle classes. The priority is the right category for the trip, not a random photo choice.

What if my luggage does not fit the selected class?

If the selected class is not practical, it is corrected before confirmation. The goal is real fit, not a formal click.

Can I request a child seat?
